I love Coleman clinic and my dr.jose saucedo the front desk staff and my children pediatrician Dr.K she is absolutely the best

I called the clinic on Monday to schedule an appointment. The receptionist asked for my name, date of birth, and the reason for the visit, then placed me on hold for about three minutes without telling me. When she returned, she offered two appointment times for the same day at 1:45 PM or 2:45 PM. I asked if there were any appointments available on another day, but she said there were none this week. While I understand that schedules can be busy, I felt the interaction was somewhat rushed and lacked the level of courtesy and professionalism patients usually expect. A more respectful and patient-centered approach during scheduling would greatly improve the experience. I value the care provided by the clinic and hope that future interactions with staff reflect the professionalism that patients appreciate. I know you may have had a bad day or been overbusy. While you were working at the healthcare facilities, especially as the front desk leader, I expected more from you. I would say her communication and customer service were 2 out of 10. I asked her name, and she told me, but, as I mentioned, I hope our verbal communication improves next time.

The regular doctor visits are normal every time, but getting blood work done here makes you wait for over an hour or more. Depending on which nurse you ask. They don't even tell you where to sit for it. The when I try to ask for the bathroom, they interrupt you and just turn you away. The service here seems to take longer and their rudeness on top of it.

This is the worst place to go. The dr is wonderful.. the staff there is what's horrible. And you make an appointment and you're there waiting forever and they're taking walk ins before the people who have appointments. What's the point of appointments!? You call the number for the nurse and they never answer! You leave a message for a call back and never get a call back!! And when you need forms filled out.. there's no staff all of a sudden. I dont know how they're still operating! Yes I do understand what this clinic is for.. im just saying they need to train their staff better! Im really glad I found my mom a new doctor's office.

The experience I had in this Clinic was not bad at all! The ladies in the front were very nice! There are different sections you sign in at! Right when you enter on the Left side is for Dentist and the front is for Kids and Adults! They have a back room for babies so you will be sent back for the wait and not stay in the front! There was not a lot of patients waiting in lobby like there use to be! Dr. Marquez was nice but she can improve the way she attends her clients that goes for the nurses as well! The Dentist was very very professional and polite (would recommend him to anyone). His assistants are really nice too! The only reason I took off 1 star 🌟 is because of the waiting time. My appointment was at 1:45 and I was out of there by 3:07 other than that it's a clinic I would go back to!
